Delivery & shipping

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may require an additional carrier surcharge, which we always confirm with you before dispatch.

Delivery cost

• Free UK mainland delivery on all orders.
• All delivery charges are shown in the basket before you place your order and include VAT.

Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock outboards are pre-delivery inspected and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is by insured pallet or two-person courier and typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. We will contact you with a delivery window; someone must be present to sign for the engine.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking reference by email once your engine leaves our workshop. You can also check progress at any time on our order tracking page using your order reference.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If anything is damaged, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us at sales@solentmarine.shop within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
